He popped the question, and you responded with an enthusiastic, “Yes!” The whirlwind of wedding planning is underway. We know it can be overwhelming, and we are here to help.

Once your date is set and a venue secured, contact Lilium to set up your complimentary bridal consultation. It is important that the date and venue are set, as the season and location will impact the selection of flowers available and the overall design of your wedding florals. Allow 30-45 minutes for your consultation with our experienced wedding coordinator. She will take a few moments to get to know you, to get a sense of your personality and style, before delving into the details.

Have lots of ideas? Bring them! Bring photos, notes and inspiration. Have no ideas? That’s okay too! We can make suggestions that will spark your creativity. If you know the following, you are well on your way:

  • Ceremony location and time
  • Reception location and time
  • Wedding colors
  • Wedding party and family members needing flowers (bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, mothers, grandmothers, fathers, grandfathers, flower girls and ring bearers)
  • Ceremony decorations needed
  • Reception flowers
  • Number of tables (dining, sign-in, cake, buffet)
  • Color of linens

There are hundreds of flower varieties from which to choose, in virtually every color pallet. From rustic and natural to modern and sophisticated, there are flowers, containers and designs to fulfill your wedding floral dreams. In addition, we can help you coordinate rental items, such as furniture, linens and other décor.

After the consultation, we will immediately begin working on a proposal. We will contact several of our trusted resources to find the best product at the most competitive price. Using that information, we will compile a quote for you based on the style, flowers and budget discussed in your consultation. We can include options that will allow you to tailor your selections to fit any budget.

Once the proposal has been approved, we will meet again to review selections, sign a contract, and collect a 50% deposit. The signed contract and deposit will hold your wedding date on our calendar and lock in the pricing in your proposal. The remaining 50% balance will be due 30 days from your wedding, at which time we will touch base to review table counts and make any other minor adjustments.

We consider it an honor to be included in such an important day in your life, and we are fully committed to making your wedding florals a memorable part of your day.
